On the obligatory asking of "So what exactly is Neurocam." I was suprised to get a response. Yes, in case you were all wondering.

I assume he means that it aids their cause in that word of neurocam will spread across the net, which is where Neurocam appears to be most accessable. But why do so many operatives have blogs besides that reason?
I don't really know. Probably because of the small amount of fame that comes with an association with a secret organisation perhaps.
